This role bridges marketing, client experience, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media growth strategies • Manage content planning, publishing, and performance tracking • Coordinate with design and content teams • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns • Lead structured client onboarding processes • Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations • Create onboarding SOPs and workflow documentation • Improve client experience and retention systems • Collaborate with automation and CRM teams
Requirements
